Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Original is an effervescent tablet product designed for temporary relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, and upset stomach associated with these symptoms. The tablets are fully dissolved in water before use and work as antacids. Each tablet contains 1,000 mg of anhydrous citric acid and 1,940 mg of heat-treated sodium bicarbonate.
