Next, I add oils that I herbally infuse in the sunshine for months to get all the goodies possible. I include:

Organic Arnica has been used for centuries to relieve pain externally for muscle aches, sprains, and bruises.

Organic Peppermint leaf which is a natural muscle relaxer.

Organic Nettle is a natural pain reliever.

Organic Chamomile stops spasms in the muscles and is an anti-inflammatory.

Organic Lavender soothes the body and spirit.

Cayenne a powerful pain reliever. Soothes sore muscles and relieves inflammation.

Organic Macadamia Oil nourishes and penetrates deep improving muscles.

Organic Black Cumin Oil (my favorite thing ever!) is a wonder oil! It gently warms and is perfect for joint and muscle pain. Penetrates deep and you will feel your muscles relax and become less tense.
