Refund policy

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We hope you love what you ordered. However, if it didn’t work out, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Any item received in an unexpected condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact fee may vary depending on the product.

If the return is due to size, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Please note:

  • Items purchased using a promo code are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Certain categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product nature. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Personal care and beauty products (including skincare, cosmetics, and grooming items)
    • Health and wellness products
    • Underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
    • Swimwear
    • Intimate or sanitary products
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or other time-sensitive items)
    • Opened, used, or unsealed hygiene products
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable or digital products

Items in these categories cannot be returned once opened, used, or removed from their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and contact us at info@osadia.ca so we can assist with your return.

USA RETURNS

  2. Use subject line: HASSLE-FREE RETURNS (include your order number)
  3. Provide the reason for return
  4. You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return label

If you choose to use our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, in addition to any applicable restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to the original form of payment within up to 10 business days.

CANADA RETURNS

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping using a trackable method
