How to properly use this mouthwash on a daily basis?
Botot water is used twice a day, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth, and whenever your breath needs it.
Fill half a capful (15 ml) without diluting.
Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit it out.

Contains sodium fluoride (250 ppm F-).
