Ingredients:
36 mg proanthocyanidins (PAC) as measured by DMAC / A2 and from cranberry juice concentrate extract. Inactive ingredients: mannitol, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl, methylcellulose (vegetable capsule). ellura contains no GMOs, artificial preservatives, colors or sweeteners and no corn, dairy. I am wheat, yeast or gluten.
Instructions:
To maintain urinary tract health: Take 1 capsule daily w / water about the same time daily. For additional support at on-set of known triggers, take 2 capsules daily for 2 consecutive days, then return to once daily. For sexual intercourse: Take 2 capsules w / water before or after intercourse. Then take 2 capsules the following day. For complicating issues: Take 2 daily for 30 to 60 days, then return to once daily routine.
