Lessons: What is the most important lesson fatherhood has taught you so far?

“That it's ok to be wrong and, more importantly, that it's ok for them to be too. Just make sure you use it to better yourself as a person.”

Fact vs. Fiction: What was one expectation vs. its reality?

“That my kids would be exactly like me. They are to certain degrees, and it has been glorious watching their own independent personalities unfold.”

Traditions: What is your favorite family tradition?

“Anything Christmas. I decorate like crazy. We always pick out our live tree and decorate it together, they pick the light scheme for outside, etc. We have a month-long blast.”

Footprint: What is one trait/behavior/moral that you hope your kids will carry throughout life?

“Honesty. Even if they're in trouble, they get a small reward for telling the truth. I make sure they know trust is something that will take them far.”

Sleep: When was the last time you had a good night's sleep?

“Sometime in the early 2000's. And once in 2018. I think it was a Thursday.”
