Granizo the Deer Potholder

Frida Garden Kitchen Collection – Granizo the Deer Pot Holder

Bring a touch of gentle beauty to your kitchen with Granizo the Deer Pot Holder, part of our Frida Garden Kitchen Collection.

Among Frida's many beloved animal companions was Granizo, her graceful pet deer. Frida's love of animals was woven throughout her life and artwork, and deer became a meaningful symbol in several of her paintings. Inspired by Granizo, this handcrafted pot holder celebrates the quiet elegance of nature and Frida's extraordinary garden at Casa Azul.

Handmade by the women artisans of UPAVIM in Guatemala, each pot holder is crafted from handwoven 100% cotton fabric woven on traditional pedal looms. The heat-resistant interior helps protect your hands while handling hot pots, pans, and baking dishes, while the sturdy hanging loop makes it a beautiful decorative accent when displayed in your kitchen.
