Limited availability, sourced in small batches.
Mild–medium in heat, this Hatch green chili powder is made from fresh-roasted New Mexican chilis, capturing the signature character of the Hatch Valley. Fruity, lightly smoky, and playfully spicy, it brings depth without overpowering.
Stir into aiolis, dips, and salsas, or pair with rich, comforting dishes like mac & cheese. Fold into breakfast burritos and burger patties, or finish nachos and popcorn with a warm, savory kick. Especially good in scrambled eggs.
Cooking tips
• Stir into soups, stews, chili, and beans
• Add to scrambled eggs, with or without cheese
• Sprinkle generously into mac & cheese and other creamy dishes
