Original Formula • Freeze-Dried • 12g
Experience the tradition of real sourdough baking with a thoughtfully cultivated starter made from organic, non-GMO flour and water. Gently freeze-dried to preserve its living culture, it remains shelf-stable until you’re ready to bring it to life.
Once rehydrated and fed, the starter becomes a thriving culture that can be maintained indefinitely. With time and care, it yields beautifully fermented sourdough bread, crisp pizza crusts, tender waffles, pancakes, and more.
Each 12g packet contains enough culture to establish a strong, reliable starter that grows more robust with every feeding.
A simple beginning, rooted in tradition.
