Handmade in Guatemala from 100% cotton and filled with rice and soothing lavender, its soft butterfly shape rests comfortably over the eyes for relaxation at bedtime, during quiet time, or whenever a calming moment is needed.

Use it warm or chilled depending on what feels best. The gentle weight can be especially comforting when resting, winding down, or seeking relief from everyday tension and headaches.

To Use Warm: Microwave in short 10–15 second intervals, checking the temperature between intervals. Do not overheat. Always test the temperature before placing over the eyes.

To Use Cold: Place in the freezer until chilled. For added protection, place the eye bag inside a clean bag or container while freezing.
